At Shore Massage Therapy our aim is to leave your mind and body relaxed and rejuvenated.

Our Team:
Our friendly Shore Massage therapists, Karen Kerr and Stephanie Mount, hold diplomas from the New Zealand College of Massage and are registered with New Zealand's massage governing body Massage New Zealand.

​
Karen Kerr- Registered Massage Therapist (MNZ) with a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage from The New Zealand College of Massage; focusing on Deep Tissue, Therapeutic and Relaxation Massage. Treatment can include a combination of trigger point, neuro-muscular and stretching techniques. (Tuesday, Thursday, and fortnightly Saturday.)

Stephanie Mount- Registered Massage Therapist (MNZ) with a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage from The New Zealand College of Massage and a Certificate in Aromatherapy. Stephanie focuses on sports, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy and neuro-muscular massage.
(Days of work: Tuesday to Friday.)

Health Insurance reimbursement:
At Shore Massage Therapy, some Southern Cross Health Insurance policy holders may be eligible for massage cost to be covered. We are an Easy- Claim Affiliated Provider so you can claim massage sessions through us with your membership number.

Shore Massage Therapy, previously North Shore Massage and Osteopathy:
Shore Massage Therapy was previously practicing at North Shore Massage and Osteopathy on Apollo Drive (which has closed as a business), and has since moved to 5 Ceres Court, Unit 1B in Rosedale on Auckland's North Shore.

Osteopathy with Shore Osteopaths:
Shore Massage Therapy works with the great team at Shore Osteopaths. We believe the combination of Massage and Osteopathy works in a synergistic way to address discomfort and aid in your treatment and well-being.

Services
We offer different massage times to suit your needs:
30 minute massage
Perfect for existing clients to have massage on a specific area.
60 minute massage
Where you can have a great therapeutic, relaxation or mixed massage tailored to suit just what you need.
90 minute massage
90 Minutes is excellent for a good massage to unwind tight muscles and / or a stressed mind and really let you experience a deeper level of relaxation.
Cancellation policy: A cancellation on the day of the appointment (unless the appointment time is filled) or a 'no show' will be charged at the full appointment rate.

Parking
Please park in one of the 3 car parks marked with the Shore Osteopaths sign. There is alternative parking at the Millennium Institute where you can park free* of charge for the first 90 minutes (and is only a 1-2 minute walk down the road to us) or find a spot on the road
*IMPORTANT - you must enter your license plate into the machine to get the 90 minutes free at the Millennium Institute.
